17 Why BBC could not play?

The problem isn't a result of a failure of our systems, but has a lot to do with changes made by the BBC to how they deliver content. You'll notice that live BBC footage isn't affected but only iPlayer content is the problem. To watch iPlayer, please disable the proxy in your browser and connect via VPN. VPN access comes bundled with you account so you do not have to pay extra for it. To set up VPN, please follow the instructions for your Operating System found here: http://getfoxyproxy.org/vpn/

18 Why Hulu is blocked?
Hulu content is restricted to a particular geographic region, namely the United States. because of this, Hulu has apparently
started to blockIP addresses of VPN networks. When you attempt to view or stream a programme on Hulu, you may receive information
that the video library can only be watched from within the United States or that you cannot access the library using an
 anonymous proxy tool.
If you're unable to access Hulu, [contact us] and we'll be more than happy to assign you
 to a different VPN/proxy server.
19 Why the proxy is so slow?

We would recommend to visit https://www.speedtest.net and test your connection speed, once you have your results share with us your screenshot. Please note that sometimes your network performance can be affected by the speed of your Internet connection.

20 Questions about URL pattern

When FoxyProxy is set to Use proxies based on their pre-defined patterns and priorities, Firefox asks FoxyProxy if a proxy should be used to load URLs. FoxyProxy answers this question by attempting to match the current URL with all of the URL patterns you've configured. There are two ways to match URLs with FoxyProxy: https://getfoxyproxy.org/patterns.html#wildcards or https://getfoxyproxy.org/patterns.html#regex. Please note that all patterns -- white and black -- are ignored when FoxyProxy is set to "Use proxy ABC for all URLs"

30 What is your refund Policy?

You are entitled to a pro-rated refund of the unused portion of your subscription at any time and for any reason. Note, however, that the pro-rated amount is based on the fulfilled term of your subscription, not on the purchased term. For example, if you purchase a 1-year subscription at $89.88 and want a refund after 2 months, the refunded amount will be $69.70, not $74.90. That is based on the $9.99 monthly price, not the discounted $7.49 monthly price. Months are rounded up; if your term began on the 12th of the month, then a full month has been consumed on the 13th.

If your account is terminated due to Terms of Service violation, you are not entitled to any refund -- pro-rated or otherwise.

33 How to Fix Conflicting Country Codes and Improve Your Mac’s Wi-Fi

There's a great article on that [here]

34 When I test the location of my IP address, I get different results from different websites. Why?

There are hundreds of websites that show your location based on your IP address. But there are only 3 or 4 companies that collect and publish this information--it is neither an easy job nor an exact science to collect and maintain this data.

Why isn't collecting this information an exact science? Because there is no master list of how IP addresses are assigned to countries. Educated guesses are made to create these databases. The variability of the data is similar to using Google vs. Yahoo search engines: when you search for a keyword, maybe you'll get the same results from Google and Yahoo, but maybe not. And each day the results may be a little different. One day they could be the same, the next different, and the 3rd day the same again. The answer changes.

There are many reason IP location data varies, but one of them is that IP addresses are often used by different devices at different times in different countries or cities. Think about that for a moment. Such IP addresses are not fixed to a specific location at all. The question you are asking, "Where is this IP address?", can't be answered accurately. Hence, the educated guess... and each company creating these databases has a slightly different method for making that guess.

In any case, educated guesses are packaged into databases and sold. These databases are available from such companies as MaxMind, NeuStar, and GeoBytes. Google has its own proprietary database that it does not share or sell. All of these databases are constantly updated, and their information is slightly different for the reasons mentioned above.

Depending on which website you use for IP location information, you can get the same or different results. Results will be the same if the websites are using the same database and the same version of that database. Results can be different when the websites are using different databases or even different versions of the same database.

FoxyProxy's public site for displaying IP location information is here. It uses MaxMind for its data. We have another (internal only) page that uses Google's proprietary database. When you purchase the [http://getfoxyproxy.org/corporate/ Google-Accuracy addon package, we use this to guarantee your IP address matches the country you expect Google Play and other Google products to detect.

Some other popular IP location sites are whatsmyip.org, iplocation.net, and ipchicken.com.
