FAQ

1. Can I change my IP for my account?

 There is no option to change location from your side, in fact we only offer one location per account. We can change it once or 
 twice during your subscription term (I just did) but we don't change locations/rotate proxies by request. If you require more
 than one location please purchase more accounts.

2. Can a single subscription be used to set up multiple proxies?

 A.Yes. To sign up for additional subscriptions you need to visit the order page here https://getfoxyproxy.org/proxyservice/, 
 select the plan you'd like and then add your billing information. Make sure that you are using the same email address you used 
 when you signed up at the first time. So that we can keep all your subscriptions under one account.
 B.After that you can visit the Customer Panel to view information about your subscriptions. The link to the Customer Panel is 
 http://getfoxyproxy.org/panel

3. Proxy/VPN is disconnected

 Unfortunately, you can not change the password at your side. Please let us know the new password you want. We can change it at

 Click on the orange rectangle box “Action” and choose “Stop Auto Renew".
