1. Can I change my IP for my account?

 There is no option to change location from your side, in fact we only offer one location per account. We can change it once or 
 twice during your subscription term (I just did) but we don't change locations/rotate proxies by request. If you require more
 than one location please purchase more accounts.

2. Can a single subscription be used to set up multiple proxies?

 A.Yes. To sign up for additional subscriptions you need to visit the order page here https://getfoxyproxy.org/proxyservice/, 
 select the plan you'd like and then add your billing information. Make sure that you are using the same email address you used 
 when you signed up at the first time. So that we can keep all your subscriptions under one account.
 B.After that you can visit the Customer Panel to view information about your subscriptions. The link to the Customer Panel is 

3. Proxy/VPN is disconnected

4. How do I change my password?

 Unfortunately, you can not change the password at your side. Please let us know the new password you want. We can change it at

23 Do you offer SOCKS proxies?

 No, we do not offer SOCKS proxies, but our software has SOCKS support.

24 How can I set up OpenVPN in Linux?

 a)Login to the Customer Panel and download the configuration file from the Actions Menu, this will typically be called xxxx.ovpn 
 (where xxxx is the server name)
 Run the OpenVPN client with the downloaded configuration file. 
 b)Installing the OpenVPN client
 Usually, the easiest way to install an OpenVPN client is to use the package management system for your particular Linux
 c)Run one of the following commands (as root):
 1.Fedora/CentOS/RedHat:yum install openvpn
 2.Ubuntu/Debian:apt-get install openvpn
 d)OpenVPN connections can usually be created from the Network Manager of your distro. If not, you may have to install the OpenVPN 
 Network Manager plugin for your distribution.

 The FoxyProxyPlus License is only valid for one computer, if you'd like to use FoxyProxyPlus on a number of computers, you'll have to purchase a 
 license for each computer that will have FoxyProxy Plus installed.

 Account Information such as Billing Info, Server statuses and configuration files is available in the Customer Panel
