There is no option to change location from your side, in fact we only offer one location per account. We can change it once or twice during your subscription term (I just did) but we don't change locations/rotate proxies by request. If you require more than one location please purchase more accounts.

Note, however, that the pro-rated amount is based on the fulfilled term of your subscription, not on the purchased term. For example, if you purchase a 1-year subscription at $89.88 and want a refund after 2 months, the refunded amount will be $69.70, not $74.90. That is based on the $9.99 monthly price, not the discounted $7.49 monthly price. Months are rounded up; if your term began on the 12th of the month, then a full month has been consumed on the 13th.
